How ordering a ring from Keefirivunts works — step by step

Ordering works like this: you choose the ring and size, pay securely by bank link, card or Inbank instalments, the maker crafts the ring by hand in 2–4 weeks, and it reaches you as a free insured shipment — or waits at the Tallinn atelier at Suur-Karja 2. We keep you posted at every step, and behind every ring is a named maker, not a factory.

1. Choosing — in the shop or with the maker

If you know what you want, order straight from the shop: every model lists its price, stone details and lead time. If you would rather see, hold or adapt first, book a free consultation — at the atelier or by video. It commits you to nothing; most couples simply leave the first meeting with a clearer head.

2. Payment — secure, in instalments if you wish

Pay by Estonian bank link, Visa or Mastercard, or Inbank instalments. Payments are processed by MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS) — your card details never reach us. The price is always final and includes VAT; nothing hidden is added later.

3. The making — 2–4 weeks at the bench

Your ring is designed by Rauno Oidram, who also personally selects every stone; the making happens by hand in the workshop he chose. Stones above 0.3 carats carry a GIA or IGI certificate, delivered with the ring. For special commissions — a design of your own — we send photos along the way.

4. Delivery — free and insured

The finished ring travels free: parcel machine or courier across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland, always insured. Or collect it from the atelier yourself — many want that moment in person.

What protects you

  • A lifetime warranty against manufacturing faults — if the fault is in our work, we repair it free, whenever.
  • A free resize within the first year.
  • EU consumer rights. Here is the honest part: for made-to-order and personalised goods — which a ring made to your size is — the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. That is the law, not our choice, and it is why the consultation and exact sizing matter so much. If something is wrong because of our work, we always put it right.
  • Real people. Your emails are answered by someone who knows your ring — not a support script.

Frequently asked

Can I see the ring before buying?

Yes — book a free consultation at the Tallinn atelier at Suur-Karja 2 or by video. You see real stones, try models on, and get honest answers with no obligation to buy.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, with Inbank instalments right at checkout. The application takes minutes and the answer is immediate.

Can a made-to-order ring be returned?

The 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to rings made to your size and order — the EU consumer-law exception for personalised goods. Manufacturing faults we always repair free, under the lifetime warranty.

How do I know the stone is genuine?

Every stone above 0.3 carats carries a GIA or IGI certificate — an independent laboratory's grading, delivered with the ring. The certificate number can be verified in the laboratory's own database.
