Delivery to Latvia

Your ring is made to order, so the clock starts when you order rather than when you pay for postage. Once it is finished and checked at the atelier, it travels insured and tracked to Riga, Jūrmala, Liepāja, Daugavpils and everywhere else in Latvia.

Parcel lockerFree. 400+ Omniva and DPD parcel lockers across Latvia — you get an SMS when it arrives.
Courier to your door€4.99, to any address in Latvia.
DHL Express€49, when it has to be there quickly.
Making time2–4 weeks, because nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you.
In transitTypically 2–3 working days from Tallinn once dispatched.
InsuranceEvery parcel is insured and tracked, and packed so that nothing on the outside says what is inside.

No customs, no duties, no surprise bills

Estonia and Latvia are both in the European Union, so a ring travelling from Tallinn to Riga crosses no customs border. There is no import duty, no customs clearance fee and no parcel held at a depot waiting for payment.

The price you see is the price you pay. It already includes VAT, it is in euros at both ends — no currency conversion, no card exchange markup — and nothing is added at the checkout except the delivery method you choose. If you are buying for a Latvian company with a valid VAT number, the reverse charge applies and VAT comes off the bill.

How you can pay

Latvians pay with cards more often than their neighbours, so both are here: your own bank’s link, or Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments run through Maksekeskus, so your bank details never touch our shop.

  • Bank link: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Instalments: Inbank financing is available to buyers with an Estonian personal code; everyone else can split a purchase with their own bank or card provider.

Returns, warranty and your rights

You are buying under Estonian and EU consumer law, and the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) is the body you can turn to if we ever fail you.

Ready-made items14-day right of withdrawal from the day the parcel arrives, as EU distance-selling rules require.
Made-to-order ringsThe 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to rings made to your specification — a size, a stone and a metal chosen by you. This is the law for personalised goods, and we would rather say it here than in the small print. It is also why the consultation is free and why we would rather talk first.
If the size is wrongThe first resize is free within the first year. Most rings can be adjusted by one or two sizes.
WarrantyLifetime warranty against manufacturing faults.
If something is damagedEvery parcel is insured. Tell us and we sort it out — you are not left arguing with a carrier.

Getting the size right from Latvia

Ring sizes here are the finger circumference in millimetres — the same system used in Latvia, so there is nothing to convert. The most common women’s sizes are 52–55, men’s 60–66.

If you cannot measure in person, our on-screen sizer calibrates against a bank card and reads the size from a ring she already wears, in about a minute. And if it still comes out wrong, the first resize is free.

Who you are buying from

Keefirivunts is a jewellery atelier in Tallinn’s old town at Suur-Karja 2, run by Rauno Oidram — a designer who spent a decade as a tattoo artist before jewellery, and whose name is on every ring that leaves the workshop. You are welcome to come and sit at our table: Riga is about four hours up the coast, and buyers do make the trip.

Questions from Latvia

Will I have to pay customs or import duty?

No. Estonia and Latvia are both in the EU single market, so the parcel crosses no customs border and no duty or clearance fee can be charged.

Is the price on the site the final price?

Yes. VAT is included, everything is in euros, and only the delivery method you choose is added — and a parcel locker is free.

How long does the whole thing take?

Two to four weeks to make the ring, then two to three working days in transit. If you have a date to hit, tell us and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.

Can I pay with my own bank?

Yes — Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor are all at the checkout, alongside cards.

What if the ring does not fit?

The first resize is free within the first year. Send it back insured and we adjust it.

Can I return a ring I ordered specially?

A ring made to your specification is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU law, which is exactly why we would rather talk before you order. Ready-made items keep the full 14 days.

Can I see the ring before deciding?

Come to the atelier at Suur-Karja 2 in Tallinn — consultations are free and carry no obligation — or ask us for photographs and a video of the exact stone before it is set.

Is the diamond certified?

Stones above 0.3 carats carry a GIA or IGI certificate, and the certificate travels with the ring.

Tell us what you are looking for

A free consultation, in the atelier or by video call — shape, stone, budget, and what she actually wears. No obligation to order, and we answer in English within a working day.

Also shipping to Lithuania and the rest of the EU.
