Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from the online store.
1. Owner of the Online Store and Contact Details
The online store is owned by Keefirivunts OÜ (registry code 14253041), located at Madara 33, Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Prices and Product Information
The prices of products sold in the online store are shown next to each product. Shipping fees are added to the product price.
All prices are in euros (€).
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
3. Placing an Order
To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen.
3.1 Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely via Montonio. Available payment methods may include (the selection may change over time):
- Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Montonio Split
- Visa / MasterCard card payments
- Pay later / financing solutions: Slice, Liisi ID, Finora Credit
NB! When paying via bank link, confirm the payment and then click the “Return to merchant” button.
3.2 Financing / Installments
Financing/installment options may be available in the online store (e.g., Inbank). If you apply for financing, the financing provider may process your personal data under its own terms and privacy policy.
3.3 Processing of Payment Data
The personal data necessary for executing payments may be transferred to authorized payment service providers (including Montonio) for payment processing and confirmation.
The sales contract enters into force once the amount payable has been received in the online store’s bank account.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods (for example due to material/stone availability, production capacity, or any other reason), we will inform the purchaser as soon as possible and refund any amount paid (including shipping costs, if paid) promptly, but no later than within 14 days of the notification.
4. Production and Lead Time
Keefirivunts products are handmade and in most cases made to order.
Engagement rings typically take approximately 2–4 weeks to produce. The exact lead time depends on the complexity of the design and the availability/shipping of stones. (You may add a link here: “More information about engagement rings can be found here”.)
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide.
The purchaser bears the shipping cost, and the shipping fee is displayed at checkout when selecting the delivery method.
We offer several delivery options, including:
- Itella Smartpost parcel lockers and courier service
- Omniva
- DPD
- DHL
- Unisend
By agreement, it is also possible to collect the ring in person or to choose another preferred delivery method. If you choose a personally selected delivery method outside our standard options, delivery success and all related risk (including loss or delay) remain the purchaser’s responsibility.
In general, domestic shipments within Estonia arrive within a reasonable time after the order is marked “processed/ready”. Shipments outside Estonia are generally delivered within up to 30 calendar days after the order is marked “processed/ready”. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to deliver goods within up to 45 calendar days.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Because Keefirivunts products are largely made to order (custom-made to the customer’s specifications, including size, design, and selected options), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.
Returns/refunds are possible only if:
- the product is defective or does not match the order (e.g., wrong product); or
- we have agreed otherwise in writing.
If you discover a defect, please contact us at info@keefirivunts.ee and, if possible, include photos/video and your order number.
7. Claims and Defective Goods
The online store is responsible for non-compliance or defects that existed at the time of delivery and that become apparent within two years from delivery to the purchaser.
Within the first six months from delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The online store must prove otherwise.
The purchaser has the right to contact the online store within two months of discovering a defect by emailing info@keefirivunts.ee.
The online store is not liable for defects that arise after delivery due to improper use, lack of maintenance, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
If goods have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not possible, the online store will refund the purchaser all payments involved in the sales contract.
The online store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
8. Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty for all our rings, reflecting our commitment to quality and reliability.
8.1 Scope of Warranty
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage resulting from:
- accidents, impact, or dropping
- improper use or improper care
- loss or theft
- unauthorized modification/repair
- normal wear and tear
8.2 Warranty Void
The warranty becomes void if the jewelry has been altered, repaired, or serviced by anyone other than Keefirivunts OÜ or its authorized representative.
8.3 Loss of Parts / Stones
Keefirivunts OÜ is not responsible for lost parts or stones.
8.4 Non-transferability
The lifetime warranty is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to a third party.
8.5 Warranty Does Not Cover
- color changes caused by chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, or swimming
- scratches, dents, or cracks caused by normal wear or improper use
- bending, breaking, or wearing of prongs/settings resulting in stone looseness/loss due to negligence or damage
- lost or stolen stones
- products that have been misused or show excessive wear beyond normal use
8.6 Characteristics Not Considered Defects
- minor irregularities and variations inherent to handmade jewelry
- natural characteristics of metals or gemstones (e.g., tone, internal inclusions)
Our commitment is to ensure every Keefirivunts OÜ piece reflects our high quality standards and that we provide transparent and fair service to all customers.
9. Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the purchaser to process the order and deliver goods. We forward personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser’s email address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them (for example by subscribing to the newsletter).
The purchaser can opt out of offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email.
10. Settlement of Disputes
All complaints regarding the online store must be emailed to info@keefirivunts.ee (or submitted by phone).
If the purchaser and the online store are unable to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between the purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
The purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies/platforms of the European Union.
