On-screen ring sizer
This tool measures a ring you already own, right on your screen, in a couple of minutes. First calibrate the screen against a one-euro coin — or a bank card on a larger screen — then lay the ring on the circle and match its inner edge. You get the ring size in millimetres, the number we make to, and the EU size beside it.
1 Calibrate the screen
Hold something of a known size against the screen and drag the slider until the outline matches it exactly. A one-euro coin is best on a phone — a bank card is 85.6 mm and simply will not fit across a phone held upright.
Match the coin to this circle
The outline is now wider than your screen — turn the phone sideways, or use a larger screen. Matching the card to a cut-off box gives the wrong size.
2 Lay the ring on the screen
Lay the ring flat on the circle and adjust until the circle exactly fills the ring's inner edge — the metal should just touch the line all the way round.
Between two sizes? Choose the larger — a tight ring cannot be worn, and our first resize is free within a year.
When the screen is not enough
A screen measurement is accurate to about half a size. If the result sits between sizes, if the ring is no longer quite round, or if there is nothing to borrow at all, the finger has to be measured for real — at the atelier or at any jeweller. Two minutes and it is settled.
Ring size chart
In Estonia a ring size is the inner diameter in millimetres — the number we make to. The most common women's sizes are 16.5–17.5 mm; men's are 19–21 mm. EU, US and UK are the same measurement under other names.
