We offer a range of delivery options, including Itella Smartpost parcel machines and courier services, with delivery times between 1-3 days. In addition, it is possible to pick up the ring by appointment or choose your own delivery method. If you prefer a delivery method of your personal choice, the success of the delivery is your responsibility.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our rings, confirming our reliability and commitment to quality.
- Warranty: Our warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, loss, unauthorised action or normal wear and tear.
- Void Warranty: The warranty is void if the item has been altered in any way, unless this has been done by Keefirivunts OÜ or its authorised representative.
- Loss of Parts: Keefirivunts OÜ is not responsible for lost parts or stones.
- Warranty Non-transferability: the lifetime warranty cannot be transferred to a third party.
Warranty Not Covered:
- Discolouration caused by exposure to chemicals, make-up products, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
- Scratches, dents or cracks resulting from natural wear and tear or misuse.
- The bending, breaking or wearing of a branch, causing a stone to fall or be lost, due to neglect or other damage.
- Lost or stolen stones.
- Products that have been used incorrectly or that are significantly more worn than normal.
Product Features That are Not Considered Defects:
- The subtle irregularities and variations of jewellery work.
- The natural properties of metal or gemstones, such as colour and internal imperfections.
