- Standard production: ~10–14 business days. Larger or bespoke requests may require more time.
- Shipping times (see above) are in addition to production time.

Packaging & gifting
Arrives in Keefirivunts signature packaging, ready to gift.
Diamond certificates (GIA, HRD or IGI, where applicable) are included.
Taxes, duties & customs
EU orders
Orders within the European Union are delivered without any additional duties or import fees. VAT is handled according to EU regulations, and your parcel moves freely through member countries.
Outside the EU
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
How it works
If any fees apply, DHL will contact you directly with instructions before delivery. All required export documentation is prepared on our side, ensuring a smooth customs process.

Returns, exchanges & resizing
Made-to-order items
Because every Keefirivunts ring is crafted individually to order, made-to-order and bespoke pieces cannot be returned. This is standard practice in fine jewelry.
If something isn’t right
Your ring should arrive in perfect condition.
If there is any issue with craftsmanship, materials, or quality, we will repair, remake, exchange, or refund the piece.
This is fully covered under your lifetime warranty and handled on a case-by-case basis with fairness and care.
Resizing
Clients in Estonia receive one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery
(certain designs and size changes may have limitations — please contact us and we’ll guide you).
