Any such changes will be reflected on the website.<\/p>\n All prices displayed in the online store are in euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n A delivery fee may be added to the product price depending on the shipping method and destination selected by the customer. We aim to present all product information as accurately as possible; however, due to the nature of handmade products, precious metals, gemstones, and screen settings, slight differences in tone, dimensions, or details may occur.<\/p>\n To place an order, the customer must add the desired products to the shopping cart, fill in the required fields, and choose a suitable delivery and payment method.<\/p>\n Before submitting the order, the customer is shown the final order total, including the price of the product(s) and any applicable delivery fee.<\/p>\n By placing an order, the customer confirms that:<\/p>\n the information provided is correct;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n they have read the Terms of Sale and Returns;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n they agree to these terms.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n The online store accepts the payment methods that are available at checkout at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS \/ MakeCommerce<\/b><\/span>, which provides the online store with electronic payment solutions. Payment is made outside the online store in a secure environment according to the payment method selected by the customer. Maksekeskus AS acts as the payment intermediary.<\/p>\n After successful payment, the customer is redirected back to the online store.<\/p>\n The online store does not process or store the customer\u2019s full bank card details.<\/p>\n Personal data necessary for processing payments is transferred to the authorized payment service provider, i.e. Maksekeskus AS \/ MakeCommerce<\/b><\/span>, for the purpose of executing and confirming the payment.<\/p>\n If the customer chooses a payment method provided by a third party, the customer\u2019s data may also be processed according to the terms and privacy principles of that service provider.<\/p>\n The sales contract enters into force from the moment the amount payable for the order has been received in the online store\u2019s account or the online store has received confirmation that the payment has been successfully made.<\/p>\n If the ordered product cannot be manufactured or delivered within a reasonable time, the online store will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund the amount paid without delay, but no later than within 14 days from the notification.<\/p>\n Keefirivunts products are handmade and in most cases made to order.<\/p>\n The manufacturing time for engagement rings and other made-to-order jewellery is generally 2\u20134 weeks<\/b><\/span>, but the exact completion time depends on the complexity of the design, the availability of materials and stones, and the production workload.<\/p>\n If the product is personalized or made to order, the estimated completion time may be confirmed with the customer separately.<\/p>\n The online store ships goods within Estonia and, where possible, to other countries.<\/p>\n Available delivery methods and prices are shown during checkout. Delivery costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise in the online store.<\/p>\n Depending on the order and destination country, we offer different delivery options, including DHL Express, Smartposti, DPD, Omniva, and Unisend<\/b><\/span>. In some cases, it may also be possible to arrange personal pickup by prior agreement.<\/p>\n Delivery within Estonia is generally completed within 1\u20135 business days<\/b><\/span> after the order has been completed or dispatched. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to products that are personalized or made according to the consumer\u2019s specifications.<\/p>\n As Keefirivunts products are mostly made to order and according to the customer\u2019s choices, measurements, or other individual requirements, the 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>\n The right of withdrawal may only apply to products that:<\/p>\n are not made to order;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n are not personalized;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n have not been made according to the customer\u2019s specific requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n If the customer has a right of withdrawal in relation to a specific product, they must notify the online store by email at info (@) keefirivunts.ee<\/b>\u00a0within 14 days of receiving the product.<\/p>\n Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than within 14 days from submitting the withdrawal notice, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n The refund will be made after the returned item has been received or after the customer has provided proof of return, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.<\/p>\n If the right of withdrawal applies, the customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed or required by law.<\/p>\n The customer has the right to contact the online store if the product has a defect or if the delivered product does not match the order.<\/p>\n The customer must notify the online store of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it by sending an email to info (@) keefirivunts.ee<\/b>.
